Description:
Claria's PrecisionTime application synchronizes a computer's internal clock with the official U.S. Atomic clock as well as downloads and displays popup advertisements to the user. The extent to which PrecisionTime monitors user activities is unknown at this time.
Solution:
Remove PrecisionTime from the machine
PrecisionTime may be removed by using the 'Add/Remove Programs' feature in the Windows Control Panel.
