The winners of the 2007 Pwnie Awards were announced during an award ceremony at the Black Hat USA security conference. Dennis Fisher of TechTarget posted a review of the awards ceremony and the winners. While the event wasn't a complete success (short notice of the ceremony location/time, US immigration blocking entrance for one of the judges, limited nominations in some categories, etc), everyone involved had a good time and we are much better prepared for next year
