No matter if have a semi-formalized process, an internal Incident Response team, or rely on an external partner, when there's a potential crisis on the horizon, there are many questions you need to answer, all while under immense pressure to act — and act quickly. We wanted to explore what Incident Response professionals see as some strategic pitfalls to avoid when investigating incidents, and get their recommendations on how best to implement effective and efficient Incident Response processes, no matter if you're a security team of one or one hundred.
