As part of the Rapid7 Experience Design Studio, we help deliver our brand promise to our customers across all touchpoints. Our Senior Creative Marketing Writer will be part of the studio's content team, which creates experiences that deliver the right information for our audiences at different stages in their journey.
Whether it is crafting compelling copy for a digital campaign or doing a deep dive on security best practices, you know how to passionately tell a story through the eyes of our customers.

In this role, you'll:
Work closely with the studio team and cross-functional partners to help deliver content experiences that are creative, strategic, effective, and on brand.
Develop globally shared marketing content and copy across internal teams, such as white papers, product briefs, case studies, and web pages.
Produce and optimize content and copy that drives Rapid7 brand awareness and engagement, as well supports large-scale programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
Help build a universal content repository to support our marketing digital, brand, and growth needs and own the content lifecycle for those artifacts.
Ensure that our content touchpoints across all channels are on brand, adhere to our writing standards, and capture our Rapid7 voice.
Collaborate with content writers to guide content strategy and work with our digital team to implement SEO best practices.
Work with the creative and design teams to execute creative briefs.
Assess audience content needs at different stages of their journey and evaluate the effectiveness of the information we're delivering to them.
Conduct research on various industry topics, interview subject matter experts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate original content ideas.
Analyze content marketing metrics to improve the efficacy of the content we create.

BA/BS degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Technical Communications, Creative Writing, or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years experience writing creative and technical marketing content.
