Our Talent Acquisition team is obsessed with building the best teams across Rapid7. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations leader to drive the business forward through programs, data & analytics and innovation. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team this person will be charged with driving operational excellence across the global infrastructure of the TA organization. This is a highly visible position and will be responsible for leading the efforts that drive global talent acquisition outcomes, including process design, reporting, metrics and measurement, system integrations and implementations, training and compliance, tools, technology and programs. This role will report directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and will work cross functionally with recruiters as well as business stakeholders and partners.
WHAT THE ROLE WILL LOOK AND FEEL LIKE:
Lead, develop and manage the TA Operations team
Metrics, measurement and analytics to ensure TA's ability to continuously improve and achieve its desired outcomes
Documentation of process improvements, policies and operational procedures for talent acquisition
Ensuring that the TA team is able to follow established processes and use of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure data accuracy and reporting
Evaluating potential new tools and technologies, manages RFP processes, guides decision-making, vendor management and gages effectiveness over time of outsourced tools
Using your strong analytical skills to build reporting, tell the story around the data, and provide actionable insights
Manage communication with global stakeholders at all levels and be present outcomes, findings, trends and results to Rapid7's senior leadership team
8-10 years of progressive Talent or People Operations experience with a focus on project management, tools and systems experience
Demonstrated people management experience in a fast paced environment
Superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication and the ability to work independently on assigned projects and drive results
Previous experience working with HR technologies, Workday ATS strongly preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with giving presentations
Ability to partner and work effectively in a cross functional leadership capacity
Strong self awareness and judgement, ability to handle confidential information and
Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and problem solve
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong writing and speaking skills
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
Bachelor's degree preferred
