APAC Marketing Specialist - 12 Month Full-Time Contract Role
Rapid7 is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a 12 month contract role to support our next phase of growth in Asia Pacific. In this role, you will partner closely with our marketing, sales and business development teams to streamline processes, implement key regional initiatives, manage marketing systems, drive digital programs and generate quality leads with a focus on conversions and bookings through creative and impactful marketing programs.
The Role and Required Experience

As a metrics-obsessed marketer who knows B2B marketing funnel dynamics, you pride yourself on being an engaged problem solver with a demonstrated ability to think strategically, partner cross-functionally, and drive complex programs to conclusion.
1-2 years of experience using a marketing automation tool (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot) - marketing automation administration experience preferred
Strong knowledge and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, Hubspot) and knowledge or aa desire to learn new technologies including ABM ad platforms (Terminus), direct mail automation (Sendoso), attribution technologies (Bizible), 3rd party intent (Bombora), and sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft)
Experienced in creating Marketo and SFDC campaigns and working closely with the BDR/SDR team on lead flow and campaign execution
Provide support and training on Marketo, SFDC and other marketing ops best practices as needed
Skilled with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
In this role, you will connect with our US and UK Marketing Operations team to ensure the effective use of our technology, systems, and business processes as well as maintain data quality, improve processes and ensure leads are routed to sales - quickly and efficiently
Development and execution of digital marketing plans aligning and leveraging the Corporate Digital team's initiatives
Partner with the marketing team (demand gen/field marketing, campaigns, product, international etc.) to gather project requirements and manage execution of global campaigns such as email, webcast, nurturing, and other digital programs
Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable processes and solutions that drive growth and efficiency
Own database strategy including health, segmentation, email marketing compliance, and data integrity
Assist in evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of marketing technologies and integrations
Help improve and scale critical marketing automation processes such as lead assignment, lead scoring and lead management flows
Ad-hoc reporting and analytics necessary to identify operational gaps and/or inefficiencies
Run tactical marketing campaigns and create programs to achieve key objectives (covering product launches, product positioning, regional demand generation campaigns and strategic brand awareness activities)
Ability to manage campaigns from idea to execution to measurement. You should feel comfortable with all aspects of campaign creation and execution, from digital ads to direct mail.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel and sales funnel metrics and how the performance of your programs contribute to company goals
Capable of owning relationships with our partner ecosystem to develop and implement channel marketing programs
Experience with marketing to ASIA (South East Asia, India and Greater China).
Skilled in researching, recommending, managing and executing field events that will create an impact on market awareness; and drive intended ROI and qualified pipeline build as agreed with territory leads
Creation of content for Digital, Web, Social Media, Events, Seminars and Webinars
Skilled in the creation of local sales collateral (e.g. Community Articles, Success stories, Customer Testimonials etc.)
Proficient and accountable for allocated budget, tracking and compliance
Capable of owning relationships with our various vendors and suppliers in different regions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.

Min 1 year marketing experience, preferably in the IT industry
Experience working within a global organisation desirable

Works well under deadlines and with changing priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
