You will be focused on, and managing and leading teams that will
Make automation through InsightConnect intuitive and accessible across the Rapid7 platform.
Build extensible automation components that can be leveraged by both InsightConnect and other Rapid7 Platform products.
Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams to deliver the best experience possible for the customer.
Mentor and grow the individuals on the team.
Work cross functionally with PM, UX and Engineering to address specific customer pain points.
Contribute to the road map definition and product formulation.
Responsible for the recruitment of engineers on the team.
Work with individual engineers to help unblock them on a day to day basis.
Mentor engineers on the team and help grow their skills, identify growth areas, set expectations and provide feedback.
Own projects and enable the team to drive them to completion.
