The Opportunity

Rapid7 is seeking a Senior Partner Readiness Specialist, a fundamental and important role, critical to enabling the growth and success of Rapid7's Partner ecosystem. This role will coordinate the creation and ongoing development of a new Partner Readiness framework that drives continuous and impactful partner engagement resulting in the growth of pipeline and healthy retention across our partner ecosystem.

We require a strong cross-functional collaborator who can successfully work across multiple teams and key stakeholders to build an executable partner readiness strategy, aligned to channel GTM strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the coordination and development of a cohesive Partner Readiness framework that meets the needs of our global partner ecosystem.

  • Work cross-functionally and in collaboration with the broader Rapid7 team and key stakeholders within Education Services, Growth Development, Partner Marketing and others to coordinate the creation of new partner readiness content to meet needs of our partners.

  • Understand the needs and requirements of New and Existing partners, to ensure that we have a robust onboarding and continuous learning experience for all partners through the creation of a well defined partner enablement roadmap.  

  • Be an advocate for our partners - translate and communicate the varying needs of our partners based on their own strategic focus, capabilities and level of technical knowledge (MSSPs, Pre Sales, Service Providers.

  • Work in partnership with the Partner Program Manager to ensure that our Partner Readiness framework is complementary to our program strategy, and works to support our overall channel GTM  objectives

  • Ensure delivery of high-value, relevant Partner readiness and enablement content via a range of delivery approaches (instructor led, self service etc)

  • Monitor adoption of new partner content and onboarding tools by working closely with channel leaders and provide reporting and data insights to demonstrate how content is being leveraged. 

  • Work with Partner Analytics teams to ensure we have defined Readiness Program success metrics established that provide critical insights into the effectiveness and adoption of our onboarding and training programs. 


About You

  • 3+ years of relevant Partner Readiness and Enablement experience delivering impact and results

  • Strong understanding of software partner ecosystems, ideally security partners, but not required

  • Experience in working cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking balanced with ability to quickly understand business objectives, create a well-aligned strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and performance indicators. 

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure projects are on track at all times

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility and trust with internal customers and building influential relationships with partners in the business.

  • Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
