Reporting to the International OM Manager, the Order Management 

Specialist is a critical position of the expansion of the Order Management

and Revenue Operations team at Rapid7, and a key business partner for

our go-to-customer teams. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales,

Sales Operations, Accounting, and Finance and to be accountable for the

timely and accurate order processing.

Rapid7, Inc. (“Rapid7” or the “Company”) is building-out its global APAC

Order Management Team and is looking to recruit a talented and highly

motivated individual who is adaptable and thrives in a rapid growing, fast-

paced environment where urgency is key, to this newly-created position of

Order Management Specialist to support the global sales and customer

success teams around quoting and order process.

Job responsibilities:

  • Administer the order approval and entry process utilizing NetSuite and Salesforce

  • Review and approve quotes submitted by go to customer teams

  • Enter all sales contract data into our order entry systems

  • Maintain the integrity of our renewal data in systems as new customer deals are entered

  • Work closely with go to customer teams to ensure all contracts are complete, accurate, and meet internal requirements

  • Work with revenue operations team to reconcile any order inaccuracies, initiate credit re-bills, or add custom language to quotes

  • Partner as a business advisor with go to customer teams to ensure that systems, revenue, compensation, legal, and sales operations are aligned

  • Advise go to customer teams on what is/is not within corporate guidelines

  • Liaise with revenue and legal teams on deal structures

  • Advise reps on product availability and rules of engagement guidelines

  • Drive continuous improvement for the global order management team and engage on productivity projects such as workflow improvements, knowledge sharing, field training, etc.

  • Serve as liaison on cross functional projects

  • Assist in testing of new SKUs and other functionality within systems

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):

  • 1+ years in Order Management, Revenue Accounting, or Related Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

  • NetSuite and Salesforce Experience a plus

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization

  • Data analysis and reporting experience a plus

  • Flexibility and ability to work on own and as part of a team
