As a Sales Development Representative with IntSights/Rapid7 you will play a critical role in creating strategic opportunities with large enterprise organisations for our Threat Intelligence platform. In this role you will work closely with a Regional Sales Manager to assist in driving pipeline for a specific territory by qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and creating effective outbound strategies to engage top target accounts. We are looking for an SDR who is objective oriented and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
Articulating the IntSights value proposition to C-Level/Director level cybersecurity professionals
Earn trust and develop relationships with senior executives by displaying knowledge, professionalism and relevance to business issues.
Convert marketing qualified leads into opportunities by setting appointments or demos
Strategise with Sales Director's to assist in account based prospecting
Achieve quarterly scheduled and completed sales meeting target
Designated target of qualified completed sales meetings per month in assigned territory
High outbound prospecting consisting of emailing/cold calling
Assist in marketing event prospecting and follow up for EMEA region
Help engage partners/channels with sales development activities
College Degree or equivalent work experience in Sales Development or Direct Marketing in Cybersecurity.
Cybersecurity education and/or experience strongly preferred
1+ year of proven track record of success in Business Development or Sales Development
German or French language skills
Ability to execute precise direction consistently without continuous supervision
Detail-oriented and flexible in a constantly changing environment

Must be able to give an internal demo showing a basic understanding of our platform.
Understand competitor landscape & EMEA market in cybersecurity space
Understand hierarchy of Cybersecurity divisions at Enterprise organisations
Demonstrates conversation proficiencies in role-play/call-club and as observed on live calls by the manager
Pursues self-learning opportunities beyond what is specifically assigned
Works toward being an integral part of the territory team with an understanding of demographics, vertical markets, culture and other nuances of the geography.
