We are looking for an experienced demand generation and campaign marketeer with a flair for delivering high-performance pipeline-generating campaigns within the tech industry. This role is for 12 months FTC (maternity cover) and will continue to deliver existing campaigns in motion, and help develop and execute new regionally-relevant campaigns. This is a key role within the international marketing team, responsible for driving scalable practice or segment based programs to nurture a buyer through their lifecycle from prospect to customer, and then customer expansion. Working closely with geographically dispersed international and corporate marketing team members to collaborate on campaign strategy, execution, and impact ROI.

Plan and manage Rapid7's International acquisition marketing strategy to deliver a scalable, predictable, high quality demand-engine across core personas, markets and larger target account segments - including data strategy, content, and delivery: social selling campaigns, webcasts, content-syndication and regionalised Threat Research
Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, global campaigns, digital programs and customer excellence teams to champion & educate on regional dynamics, segment & product priorities and customer use cases to align relevancy, messaging, delivery and impact
Drive international nurture strategy, measurement, and optimisation, in alignment with Regional Marketing Managers, to improve engagement levels and longer-term acquisition and customer success
Partner closely with Customer Excellence and Success teams to manage and scale Rapid7's expansion marketing strategy - specifically to deliver direct and channel-supported customer playbooks
Monitor, measure and optimise the impact of programs and campaigns - including funnel performance metrics, conversion rates, ROI and ARR impact
With Marketing Operations, own and maximise data acquisition programs and technology to provide better targeting and ability to engage prospects and customers across integrated marketing channels - e.g. intent programs, website personalisation, Drift
Effective enablement of corporate campaigns and International initiatives to regional sales, marketing and BDR/SDR team members
Increase conversion rates through better targeting, segmentation, and offers to accelerate opportunity and pipeline value to meet and exceed ambitious growth goals
Monitor and develop insights into maximising engagement from key target personas and different channels to optimize campaign performance
Analyze, report and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and demand gen and sales effectiveness
3-5 years of demand generation experience marketing to enterprise B2B software/SaaS buyers
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipeline through scalable campaigns and initiatives
Strong background in integrated campaign development and execution via multiple channels (Email, website, webinars, digital, events)
Inquisitive, creative problem solver who is proficient at testing new approaches, understand the key learnings, and adapt for future success
Proficient with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and digital strategies to drive demand
Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to measure and report on campaign performance to support overall marketing goals
