The Opportunity

Rapid7 is looking for a Manager to lead a newly formed delivery team, in a new location,  as it continues to grow and advance the organization's business applications ecosystem. We need a people-person with technical chops that is good at fostering discussions with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who can help guide a delivery team tasked with solving business problems, delivering robust technical solutions and developing ongoing support plans.  This is an awesome opportunity for a leader who wants the opportunity to participate in Rapid7's journey to a $1b+ company.

The Role

The key accountabilities include:

Qualifications and Traits

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and diplomacy skills

  • Experience with Customer Success/Support frameworks, patterns and technologies

  • Background in Salesforce Apex, Java, Javascript, Python, C# or other object oriented language

  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies

  • Experience with best in class business applications including Salesforce and NetSuite

  • Working knowledge of integration patterns and platforms like Workato, MuleSoft Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Engine

  • Security domain expertise or mindset
