The Opportunity
Come join the journey of democratizing Cyber Threat Intelligence. Rapid7 Product Management team is seeking a talented, highly driven and experienced Product Analytics Professional to join the product team and help shape the future of Threat Intelligence.
In this role you will play a strategic part in shaping product decisions through investigating and analyzing product related data and in order to come up with impactful insights about what's working well, what should be improved, and what else should be built to provide value to our users.
We're looking for a curious, proactive Product Analyst who loves crunching data, asking research questions and coming up with original insights. The kind of person who's looking to have ownership of their projects, voice their ideas, and see them come to life.
You'll need to be creative and curious person, who's not afraid to dive straight into unfamiliar datasets and are willing to learn from scratch.

The Role
Leverage data to understand how our users interact with our product, how to improve user engagement and satisfaction
Use data to quantify how valuable the intelligence we provide is to our customers, and learn what should be changed to deliver more value
Identify possible gaps in our product by researching and analyzing data sets in order to generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations
Define, measure and improve Intelligence Quality KPIs and Product Quality KPIs.
Conceptualize, create, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments
Take part in product-related decisions and identify opportunities for product improvements
Improve access and visibility to our data by developing data visualizations using various BI tools
Carry out ad hoc descriptive analysis according to business needs
Qualifications and Traits
2+ years of analytical work experience in a Product Analytics role of a SaaS platform
Proven experience in designing hypothesis, constructing data sets and analyzing them to test the hypothesis
Proven experience in user behavior analysis – a must
BA/BSc or equivalent related experience in statistics, data analysis, data mining
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and/or other BI tools (preferably Tableau, BigQuery)
Experienced with leading data projects and initiatives
Independent, self-motivated, fast learning capabilities and ability to multitask - working on several projects at a time
Self-learner and curious individual
Python, R, or any other scripting language - big advantage
Strong communication skills
