As Rapid7's Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer service on a daily basis by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests and employees. This role will be responsible for both our office locations in Arlington, VA.
Reception desk coverage
Management of security & office re-entry processes
Planning and executing all events and office vibe projects that bring together both offices
Landlord communication and coordination
Management of existing and new vendor relationships
Invoicing and Purchase Orders
Management of local OpEx budget
General upkeep and stocking of all office common areas
Incoming and outgoing shipping needs for the office
Lead the local new hire experience
Enact & maintain Emergency Preparedness plans
Leadership and project management for new regional initiatives
