The Opportunity

As the Director, People Systems (HRIS), you will work on the strategic priorities that continue to transform the way we work and explore ways we can leverage Workday and other tools to deliver maximum value, high level of data integrity, building exceptional experiences for employees and managers as well as internal teams of this rapidly scaling business.

We are looking for someone who will build strong partnerships across the organization while developing the strategic People systems roadmap, leveraging technology to support business priorities and seamless integrations. Innovation is critical to the success of this role. Lead with a passion for efficiency, automation, build for scale to support a fast-growing, employee focused cyber security company. 


  • Oversee day-to-day operations, tactical and strategic direction of Workday and integrations on a global scale to support People Strategy program deliverables and create the strategic roadmap to optimize Workday, helping to scale the organization through self-service, integrations and reporting to drive accuracy and insights. 

  • Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across People Strategy as well as outside such as Finance, IT, Business Operations on implementation of solutions. Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans. 

  • Develop and sustain appropriate controls to maintain reliable data and enable scalable reporting solutions. Act as a champion for people data integrity and security.

  • Effectively manage and support a team responsible for the design, implementation and administration of Workday.

  • Stay current on all new features and functionality provided by Workday and effective management of external partners.

  • Drive process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility.

  • Manage our implementation partner and any other outside resources working on Workday or providing support. Work closely with IT leadership and Internal Audit to stay aligned on work, new system features and roadmap.

  • Work closely with the HRIS team to troubleshoot Workday issues and find solutions, mentoring and developing the team in the process.

  • Extensive Experience with key HRIS areas: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Succession Planning.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in managing global HRIS, with at least 4+ years of Workday experience, Workday Implementations, and BA/BS degree

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, both as a leader of teams and as a leader of cross functional projects 

  • Expertise in developing and automating dashboards and key-metrics

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization—a true team player

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage projects with the team meeting deadlines and expectations

  • Experience scaling People Systems with the business
