As Rapid7's Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will deliver rockstar customer service on a daily basis by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests and employees.

  • Making our office a place our coworkers and guests love to come to

  • Provide support to other teams within Europe

  • General upkeep of all office common areas

  • Liaison with building management and security

  • Management of existing and new vendor relationships

  • Facilities management - preventive maintenance and repairs

  • Supporting the EMEA onboarding experience

  • Planning and executing all inhouse events and employee social events

  • Space planning and monitoring usage in our new office space

  • Management of office OpEx budget

  • Office communication hub - if it isn't our team, we will connect you with the right one!

You should have…

  • 1-2 years experience in a co-ordination role

  • Previous experience in an Office, Facilities or Workplace Management role

  • Strong relationship building skills, able to manage vendor/supplier relationships

  • An amazing attitude - personable, approachable, and always eager to help

  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail

  • A proactive work ethic - take ownership of your work!

  • An eagerness to learn - take feedback well, and apply it

  • A desire to work both independently and on a team

It would be great if you have…

  • Previous experience working within Office, Facilities or Workplace Management would be advantageous 

  • Experience managing a budget

  • Experience in a corporate setting is preferred but not required

  • Experience in Google Apps is preferred
