Reporting to the Director, Marketing Analytics & Pipeline Strategy, Rapid7 is looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to focus on the reporting and analysis of marketing activity throughout the lead and demand generation funnels. In this role you'll have the opportunity to analyze all aspects of our marketing campaigns including top-of-the-funnel inbound activity and conversion, mid-funnel nurture initiatives as well as lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-revenue conversion. In this role you will:
Be an advocate for data driven everything, and evangelize insights on what's working and what's not working to help drive incremental gains in pipeline and revenue
Create and evolve channel performance reporting capabilities to support the Marketing team and broader organization by providing access and transparency to critical data
Deliver data and analyses to stakeholders across the Marketing department that lead to actionable insights to support and drive strategic and tactical data-driven decision making
Proactively work with all levels of Marketing staff to understand and establish goals, determine required data sources and establish marketing benchmarks and metrics
In return you will bring:
4+ years of experience in generating and analyzing reports and data related to marketing analytics
Expertise in SQL, Tableau (or an equivalent), Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Understanding of outbound marketing activities and how leads flow through the sales funnel
Passion for analytics and marketing, coupled with the ability to tell a story using data
B2B marketing experience is a plus
Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, Google Analytics and Marketo Measure (Bizible) a plus
