If you are interested in making  a difference in the development and engagement of our people (our “Moose”), join Rapid7's People Development (PD) team as a Learning Implementation Specialist.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with PD program leads/strategists to manage/ maintain Rapid7's learning portfolio & calendar

  • Support PD's needs analysis process and planning

  • Implement the set-up and follow-up on PD programs to ensure a seamless and frictionless experience for learners and support learning application/ accountability

  • Roll-up, analyze, and visualize learning program data

  • Manage / maintain R7's digital learning portfolio and vendors

  • Partner on effective engagement and marketing strategies to bridge our learners with our rich development resources and programs

  • Liaise with various People Strategy leads and HRIS to support data and technology platforms

  • Design & create digital learning (micro-learning) to embed into L&D programs and marketing materials

  • Leverage our learning platform (WorkDay learning) to set-up programs and learning tracks to optimize the learning experience

  • Uncover and recommend approaches to better engage and, in some cases, automate our L&D processes

  • Partner with the PD team to create visually appealing and easily digestible content that reflects Rapid7's world-class branding.

  • Explore a variety of potential learning technologies that we can leverage to drive learning impact 

  • Manage L&D vendors and internal stakeholders/ subject matter experts for content creation and program implementation

  • When needed, help facilitate our best-in-class continuous learning, onboarding and emerging talent programs

The skills you will bring::

  • Learning and/or event management experience (with a focus on hybrid learning)

  • Implementation of learning/ education programs

  • Research skills to support curriculum design and development

  • Project/ program management

  • Excellent data skills including compilation, analysis and synthesis to tell a story and make informed decisions through data

  • Customer service to provide outstanding service to our internal learners

  • Collaboration to effectively work with and influence team members and stakeholders

  • Guru of organization and time Management

  • An eye for detail

  • Ability to operationalize and streamline processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves:

  • Working knowledge of graphic design and media development tools

  • Working knowledge of digital learning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise)

  • Working knowledge of LMS administration (WorkDay is a plus)

  • Budget tracking & administration

  • Learning needs analysis experience

  • Facilitation/ trainer experience
