In this role, you will help build sustainable compensation programs globally that affect each and every employee. You will also be collaborating with the global Total Rewards team on a variety of broader projects. This role reports to the Director of Compensation.
Reviews job descriptions and conducts benchmarking for new roles using a data driven approach to developing market competitive pay ranges. Assesses roles to ensure proper FLSA status.
Assists Compensation Managers with ad-hoc compensation related requests for review and analysis.
Assist Rapid7 people leaders in understanding and utilizing Rapid7's job structure ensuring that roles are properly leveled within the structure.
Work alongside the Compensation team to manage survey participation, including all data gathering and completion of submission files.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to advise on offers for new roles with internal equity and market competitiveness top of mind.
Partner on the rollout of our January annual compensation and equity planning cycle helping to build and test a compensation review process in Workday. Serve as a point of contact for business leaders navigating the system.
Assist with data gathering, modeling and analysis in cross functional projects.
Help manage compensation plans, processes and job profiles in Workday ensuring compliance with SOX, internal policies and local labor laws.
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience; preferably in Compensation, Total Rewards, Human Resources, or Finance
Knowledge of compensation practices and past experience working for a global company is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail with a measured sense of urgency. Ability to successfully perform independent analysis with experience working in spreadsheet programs like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience with Workday a plus
