Rapid7 is looking to add a Channel & Sales Operations Analyst to our growing organization. You'll need a strong systems mindset, project management skills and an entrepreneurial attitude in order to succeed within Channel & Sales Operations and Rapid7's Global Sales Team. In this role you will report to the Head of International Channel & Sales Operations and be involved with providing process improvements and analytical support to the Channel & Sales Organization by leveraging SFDC, DOMO, CLARI, IMPARTNER and other technologies.

As the Channel & Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the analytics, data streams and KPIs that support our channel partners and sellers and Channel Account Managers in their day-to-day efforts and attainment. You'll also have a key responsibility in analyzing and identifying trends in the business, while making supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the Go To Market Organization. Each of these responsibilities are critical to Rapid7's success and involves working closely with key stakeholders within Rapid7 while leading projects. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders in Channel, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, IT, Finance, and People Strategy to help the Channel & Sales Organization achieve its annual goals. This role requires a mixture of business acumen and technical expertise, executive presence, and the ability to build strong partnerships with business partners. Success will require a self-starter with strong initiative and a passion for collaborating with others to solve problems.

 

In this role you will:

 -        Collaborate cross-functionally, adding value to the Channel & Sales organization to increase impact

-        Drive improvement and automation of business processes, leveraging the SFDC and Partner Portal (Impartner) platform to drive growth and scale

-        Create customized, intricate dashboards and automated reporting tools related to sales performance metrics, billings, renewal rates, etc.

-        Develop proactive analyses, rooted in SFDC and Impartner data, that provide actionable insights

-        Partner with IT teams to understand new capabilities available in Salesforce and train CAMs and sales representatives to use these capabilities

-        Partner with our SFDC admin to improve and refine workflows and ensure we are getting the maximum value out of the tool while meeting users' needs

-        Assist with key Channel & Sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle

-        Ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making

-        Onboard partners to the Rapid7 PACT Program – facilitate contract negotiation and signature and ensure that all partner data is inputted in the partner portal and CRM

-        Manage NFR program for international partners

-        Assist with training scheduling for international partners

-        Follow up partner applications that come through Rapid7 website

-        Manage communication with partners 

 

In return you will bring:

 -           1-2 years of direct experience in Channel or Sales Operations or as a Sales Analyst, preferably at a high-tech or software company 

-        1+ years of Salesforce.com experience; Salesforce certification or Lightning experience a plus

-        Experience with DOMO or Tableau a plus

-    Strong Excel skills 

-        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner

-        In-depth understanding of sales processes and systems, i.e. sales cycles, account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management

-        Experience working in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment

-        Results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects

-        Ability to manage own workload, work efficiently, and meet deadlines

-        Successful track record of working at all levels of management and sales teams

-        Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written and communication skills required

-        Strong commitment to working as part of a team

-        Good work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and motivated

-        BA/BS degree in business or related field
