Description

The Domino server has been configured to allow anonymous access to the MySite Company Registration Sample database (/sample/siregw46.nsf).

This is a sample database that is installed by default with Notes 4.6 server. There is generally no good reason for an anonymous user to access this database from the web.

NOTE: Since this database has document authoring functionality, an attacker with write access could potentially create documents in the database.

Solution(s)

  • disable-anonymous-default-notes-acl

With Rapid7 live dashboards, I have a clear view of all the assets on my network, which ones can be exploited, and what I need to do in order to reduce the risk in my environment in real-time. No other tool gives us that kind of value and insight.
