Description

The affected asset is vulnerable to this vulnerability ONLY if it is running one of the following modules: mod_autoindex, mod_dir, mod_negotiation. Review your web server configuration for validation. The default installation can lead mod_negotiation and mod_dir or mod_autoindex to display a directory listing instead of the multiview index.html file if a very long path was created artificially by using many slashes.

Solution(s)

  • apache-httpd-upgrade-1_3_19

With Rapid7 live dashboards, I have a clear view of all the assets on my network, which ones can be exploited, and what I need to do in order to reduce the risk in my environment in real-time. No other tool gives us that kind of value and insight.
