Description

The affected asset is vulnerable to this vulnerability ONLY if Apache error logs are viewed using terminal emulators containing escape sequence vulnerabilities. Review your web server configuration for validation. Apache does not filter terminal escape sequences from error logs, which could make it easier for attackers to insert those sequences into terminal emulators containing vulnerabilities related to escape sequences.

Solution(s)

  • apache-httpd-upgrade-1_3_31
  • apache-httpd-upgrade-2_0_49
