Description

ISC BIND 9.8.x before 9.8.4-P1 and 9.9.x before 9.9.2-P1, when DNS64 is enabled, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (assertion failure and daemon exit) via a crafted query.

Solution(s)

  • oracle-linux-upgrade-bind
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-bind-chroot
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-bind-devel
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-bind-libs
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-bind-sdb
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-bind-utils

With Rapid7 live dashboards, I have a clear view of all the assets on my network, which ones can be exploited, and what I need to do in order to reduce the risk in my environment in real-time. No other tool gives us that kind of value and insight.
