Description

Like its predecessor gv the picture viewer xzgv contains numerous integer multiplication overflows which can be exploited by tricking a user to view specially crafted images with xzgv. The resulting buffer overflow can be abused to run malicious code with the user id of the user who runs xzgv. This update closes the vulnerability.
