Sensitive cardholder data has been found stored insecurely. Sensitive cardholder data includes either authentication data subsequent to authorization (even if encrypted) or unencrypted cardholder data such as a credit card number, name, expiration date, cvccvv, etc. The PCI DSS standard explicitly specifies that such data should be encrypted or not stored at all. See the PCI DSS standard for more information.
