Description
The Top Bar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the tpbr_message,tpbr_btn_text,tpbr_btn_url, and tpbr_color parameters. This allows authenticated users with administrator-level permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
