Rapid7, a leading provider of security data and analytics solutions, announced today that it has begun the roadshow for the initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock.
Rapid7 is offering 6,450,000 shares of its common stock and underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy an additional 967,500 shares. The IPO price is currently expected to be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “RPD.”
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Raymond James & Associates, Inc., and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as co-managers.
