Rapid7 has implemented a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) in order to augment our vendor agreements in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), which becomes effective May 25, 2018. This DPA updates our agreements with our vendors and sets forth the obligations of both Rapid7 and our vendors with respect to GDPR compliance and data security. You may download this document below.
