DivvyCloud, a leading developer of innovative technology to automate security and compliance for enterprise cloud infrastructure, seeks an experienced enterprise software Product Manager.  The Product Manager contributes to the product strategy, provides definition of features and value-adding capabilities, and manages product roadmap initiatives. This position involves close interaction with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product strategy and roadmaps by working closely with company leadership, our Customer Success Managers, the Product Support team, and our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Production teams to ensure ongoing product development against our roadmap, identify and resolve technical or strategic issues, and drive introduction of new product capabilities.
  • Work with customers, as well as the DivvyCloud Customer Success and Sales teams, to identify and validate customer priorities and how they derive value from the DivvyCloud platform both now and in the future. 
  • Ensure customers can easily expand their use of DivvyCloud to address their security, compliance, and governance challenges in leveraging cloud infrastructure.  
  • Solicit feedback, identify pain points, and craft a product vision that delivers value to our customers.
  • Evaluate the market landscape and competitive solutions to ensure DivvyCloud maintains its key points of differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Help define key use cases, new features, and the product experience with a focus on driving ever increasing value for our enterprise customers. 
  • Collaborate across teams, and creatively solve problems in an agile environment to constructively balance priorities and overcome or remove blockers required to successfully deliver a new product or feature.
  • Stay on top of the latest technologies and products and be comfortable working in white space to create new solutions that differentiate us from the competition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in an agile product development organization building best in class, mission critical enterprise solutions
  • Innovative technology start-up experience working in a fast paced environment where one has to plan and execute quickly with imperfect information and changing priorities 
  • Experience with leading public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure & GCP)
  • Exceptional organizational, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Enterprise customer engagement, product development and delivery experience
  • Solid understanding and expertise with various product roadmap, planning, integrated development, and customer delivery methods and tools
  • Team player with the ability to genuinely engage with stakeholders at all levels from developers and security professionals to technology leaders and customer executives

Travel

The candidate must be willing to travel on occasion for trade shows, training purposes, and customers.
