Be the primary marketing analytical partner to our International Growth Director, collaborating on an innovative vision for extending our capabilities to provide deep insight into Marketing's impact on revenue and ensuring we're making recommendations based on data-driven insights in a timely fashion.
Lead the development and management of our full-funnel reporting, including a hyper-focus on campaign performance and the prospect journey.
Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product marketing to understand the impact of marketing efforts at the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel utilizing attribution technology/Bizible.
Develop and execute multi-level, fact-based reporting, analysis, and statistical models, partnering with Sales Operations and Marketing leaders to support the organization with insights used to increase transparency, optimize spend, and improve results.
Creating dynamic, integrated dashboards and reports that allow end-to-end marketing and sales funnel management.
4+ years of experience in a SaaS marketing/marketing analytics function required.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Proven statistical analysis and modelling experience.
Ability to tell a succinct, actionable, story through data, communicating complex data concepts in ways that marketing leaders and other functions will understand.
Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and future investments.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure projects are on track.
Experience in working cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to quickly understand business goals as well as meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree required.
Previous experience utilizing Attribution Technology, such as Bizible, Full Circle Insights.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence Technology, such as Domo, Tableau.
