The Opportunity

We are looking for an analytical, detail oriented and collaborative individual to join our Finance team to help drive the evolution of our pricing & packaging efforts.  As Manager, Financial Pricing Analysis, you will act as a trusted advisor working cross-functionally across Product, Commercialization, Marketing and Finance as well as senior leadership.  In this role you will collaborate on pricing strategies and be responsible for deep financial and business analysis on our proposed and current pricing and packaging strategies in an effort to best support our customers.

What you'll work on

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product organizations to craft new business models, define monetization strategies for new offerings, and optimize packaging & pricing for existing products

  • Lead deep-dive business, competitive and financial analyses to evaluate trends in pricing and discounting while synthesizing key findings and providing insights to the business

  • Understand existing customer economics, margins and utilization in to support proposed changes to pricing models

  • Communicate concisely impacts of recommendations on revenue growth, profitability and customer value realization

  • Partner to prepare and present executive level presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Work with FP&A to reflect impacts of integrated pricing models into future product level forecasts

  • Monitor and report on KPIs associated with pricing and promos

  • Participate in ad hoc projects around strategic initiatives 
     

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in an operational, strategic or analytical role.  Experience in pricing or product marketing analysis a plus

  • Experience in high-tech software and familiarity with SaaS pricing models is a plus

  • Ability to pull, analyze and present complex data and synthesize multiple points of view succinctly

  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills required

  • Team-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
