We have been in hyper growth mode for the last few years and have built out a world class talent team. As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will support our Go-to-Customer business. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a full cycle desk and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7.

You are a highly confident, results focused recruiter who can keep pace with Rapid7's current growth patterns. You are comfortable operating with ownership and accountability, and are happy to lean in and grab a shovel to support the larger TA teams hiring goals and company vision.  You're highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused, while able to build and maintain quality partnerships with our business leaders. Requirements: 

  • This isn't your first rodeo – you have  5+ years of  recruiting experience across the agency or corporate world (ideally both)

  • You're comfortable managing complex searches for candidates at all levels - from entry level to seasoned leaders 

  • You're highly organized and pay attention to the details while managing a high volume desk

  • You have a high bar - we believe in adding value with every hire that we make

  • You're able to build strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships

  • You approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

  • You understand and believe in Rapid7's mission and can genuinely sell it to the market
