We are a hyper growth cyber security company expanding and growing globally with soul and it is our Global Talent Acquisition team's responsibility to hire the best people to support this growth.  As our Team Lead of Recruitment Coordination, you will play a meaningful role as a brand ambassador, managing a team of coordinators, evolving how we think about our candidate experience, while also managing interview logistics between potential hires and hiring teams across our International offices. 
What You'll Do:

  • Grow and manage your team of Recruiting Coordinators across our International offices; you'll be responsible for the hiring of any new team members, building their onboarding plan, and ensuring they're ramped up to be successful
  • Support team and individual development through coaching, training and continuous communication
  • Manage the breakdown of scheduling across your team by utilizing reports available and by understanding the nuances of what each team member is working on to adjust as needed
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and and continue to raise the bar with our candidate experience
  • Schedule hiring manager phone screens, video conferencing and onsite interviews through our automated scheduling tool
  • Be a knowledgeable resource, ensuring a positive experience is had by everyone involved, from the minute the candidate comes through the door
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (hiring managers, business partners, talent acquisition partners) and maintain effective communication channels
  • Own additional projects & tasks within Talent Acquisition Operations including opening purchase orders, drafting and extending a small number of offer letters, assisting with candidate travel accommodations (when we're ready to interview in-person again), and participating in ad hoc projects

  • Able to take initiative and work independently


  • You have 2-3 years of experience with coordination or scheduling
  • You have 1+ years of people and team management experience
  • Experience in a people-facing role where quality interactions and customer experience is paramount
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete work under deadlines
  • Innovative mindset, always looking to improve processes and establish new programs to enhance customer experience
  • Positive attitude with a disposition that is amenable to pitching in wherever necessary
