Rapid7 is looking for a driven associate to execute programs around new hire, skills, tools, process, and coaching development. Simply put, this candidate will make a big impact to ensure our sellers are adding value in every customer interaction. In this role, you will coordinate training programs, facilitate new hire sessions, measure and report on effectiveness of enablement initiatives, and proactively identify areas for improvement. You'll balance detail-oriented maneuvering of overlapping program schedules with presenting to people, telling stories, and breaking down complex concepts into relatable information. This requires flexibility, emotional intelligence, and comfort with the trade-offs that come with dynamic and collaborative projects.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Review and facilitate sales onboarding for new sales hires in EMEA and APAC (includes)

    • CyberSecurity Overview

    • Rapid7 solutions portfolio

    • Systems (e.g. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong)

    • Evaluate and improve sessions

  • Internationalize current onboarding collateral 

  • Support Sales Enablement Manager with implementation of 30,60,90 program

  • Partner with regional sales management

    • Identify training needs

    • Build training interventions with Sales Enablement Manager

    • Build a path to long term success

    • Evaluate and suggest areas of improvement

  • Share ideas to ensure maximum learner retention 

  • Work as Growth Development team and global projects

  • Support Sales Enablement Manager &  Sales management with upskilling their teams

  • Conduct follow up coaching sessions as required

  • Help manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for point-in-time training programs and our our ongoing New Hire Ramp program 

  • Develop internal communications as well as training content for live presentation and eLearning by subject-matter experts

  • Assist with administration of sales and tools

  • Identify new ways to enforce skills development and bring your ideas to fruition with a focus on skill practice, reinforcement, certification, and tracking

  • Track & ensure timely delivery of all programs; foresee potential conflicts and dependencies and work to remove blockages

  • Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and our GTC business functions to equip our salesforce to deliver ongoing customer value through actionable updates to the security landscape, our portfolio, and the needs of the security community

  • Proactively identify key areas for improvement through training, process, and/or systems

Job Requirements/Core Skills

  • (Desirable) Experience with facilitating programs and delivering content in-person &  remotely

  • (Desirable) Working knowledge of of Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Domo, Clari

  • (Desirable) SaaS experience

  • (Desirable) Past sales Experience
