The position is Lead Technical Support Engineer in our Support organization at Rapid7 in Europe. We are using our technical expertise and product knowledge to help Rapid7 customers be successful. We are composed of friendly, ambitious and skillful individuals who thrive in a team setting and we are looking for a team lead who can be an inspiring force multiplier. This position is full-time and based in our Belfast office.

 

What Will You Be Doing

  • Creating a close, friendly and collaborative environment between yourself, support engineers and our customers.
  • Guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Managing direct reports.
  • Facilitating the progression of your team's work as well as their careers.
  • Using both leadership and technical skills to enhance our Support organization.
