Our Talent Acquisition team is obsessed with building the best teams across Rapid7 and we are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Leadership team who will be to manage our international recruiting team and strategy. As the Manager, Campus Recruiting & University Relations your mission will be to define and execute our global campus hiring strategy for internships and full time emerging talent across disciplines. You will be responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition teammates, business leaders and external partners to design and deliver talent acquisition solutions to attract a high quality candidate pool of emerging talent.
Collaborate cross functionally with leaders to understand growth plans at the intern and emerging talent level
Develop, implement and execute Rapid7's global university relations strategy including setting KPI's and metrics for the campus recruiting function
Lead, coach and develop Campus Talent Acquisition Partner team on program management as well as candidate pipeline generation, management and closing.
Expand strategic partnerships with career services and faculty at target schools
Plan and execute programs and events with relevant student clubs, faculty, and career services teams
Compile & analyze data and metrics to track university relations progress and identify areas of opportunity
Leverage employment branding and social media campus activation to build awareness and engagement with students
Create innovative campus sourcing strategies and evaluate assessment tools and processes to ensure that we grow the business by hiring the best candidates possible
The Ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated and progressive experience in a recruiting leadership role with direct experience managing people and building and executing University Relations strategy and programs
Very strong operational and analytical rigor, able to use data to drive outcomes
Ability to work successfully as part of a growing team with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and approach
Strong communicator with ability and comfort working cross functionally at all levels
Results focused mentality with strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail
A strong track record in successfully implementing a wide variety of sourcing methodologies to build and nurture diverse talent pools
Strong systems skills to include tool such as GSuite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Workday is a plus
