Description

This High severity Improper Authorization vulnerability was introduced in version 8.19.0 and 9.4.0 of Bitbucket Data Center and Server.
This Improper Authorization vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 7.5, allows an attacker to potentially perform actions to circumvent authorization checks, which has high impact to confidentiality, no impact to integrity, and no impact to availability.
Atlassian recommends that Bitbucket Data Center customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions:
* Bitbucket Data Center 9.4: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 9.4.15
* Bitbucket Data Center 8.19: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 8.19.26
