Description
This High severity Third-Party Dependency vulnerability was introduced in versions 9.10.0, 9.11.0, 9.12.0, 9.13.0, 9.14.0, 9.15.2, 9.16.0, 9.17.0, 10.0.0, 10.1.1, 10.2.0, 10.3.0, 10.4.0, 10.5.0, 10.6.0, 10.7.0, and 11.0.0 of Jira Software Data Center and Server.
This Third-Party Dependency vulnerability, with a CVSS Score of 7.5 and a CVSS Vector of CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H allows an unauthenticated attacker to expose assets in your environment susceptible to exploitation which has no impact to confidentiality, no impact to integrity, high impact to availability, and requires no user interaction.
Atlassian recommends that Jira Software Data Center and Server customers upgrade to latest version, if you are unable to do so, upgrade your instance to one of the specified supported fixed versions:
* Jira Software Data Center and Server 9.12: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 9.12.26
* Jira Software Data Center and Server 10.3: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 10.3.10
* Jira Software Data Center and Server 10.7: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 10.7.3
* Jira Software Data Center and Server 11.0: Upgrade to a release greater than or equal to 11.2.0

This issue affects Apache Commons FileUpload: from 1.0 before 1.6; from 2.0.0-M1 before 2.0.0-M4.
Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 1.6 or 2.0.0-M4, which fix the issue.
