Description
An issue has been discovered in GitLab EE affecting all versions starting from 10.2. Required CODEOWNERS approval could be bypassed by targeting a branch without the CODEOWNERS file. Affected versions are greater than or equal to10.2, less than13.3.9,greater than or equal to13.4, less than13.4.5,greater than or equal to13.5, less than13.5.2.
