Description

ISC DHCP 4.1.x before 4.1-ESV-R13 and 4.2.x and 4.3.x before 4.3.4 does not restrict the number of concurrent TCP sessions, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (INSIST assertion failure or request-processing outage) by establishing many sessions.

Solution(s)

  • oracle-linux-upgrade-dhclient
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-dhcp
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-dhcp-common
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-dhcp-devel
  • oracle-linux-upgrade-dhcp-libs

With Rapid7 live dashboards, I have a clear view of all the assets on my network, which ones can be exploited, and what I need to do in order to reduce the risk in my environment in real-time. No other tool gives us that kind of value and insight.
