Description
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu: Fix signedness bug in sdma_v4_0_process_trap_irq()
The "instance" variable needs to be signed for the error handling to work.
A vulnerability was found in the AMDGPU DRM driver’s sdma_v4_0_process_trap_irq() function in the Linux Kernel. This issue was addressed by correcting a signedness issue. The instance variable, which was previously unsigned, was changed to a signed type to ensure proper error handling.
