The system is missing one or more SuSE security patches. Like its predecessor gv the picture viewer xzgv contains numerous integer multiplication overflows which can be exploited by tricking a user to view specially crafted images with xzgv. The resulting buffer overflow can be abused to run malicious code with the user id of the user who runs xzgv. This update closes the vulnerability.
With Rapid7 live dashboards, I have a clear view of all the assets on my network, which ones can be exploited, and what I need to do in order to reduce the risk in my environment in real-time. No other tool gives us that kind of value and insight.
