Zotob is a worm that propigates through a vulnerability in Microsoft Windows' Plug and Play service. After it successfully gains entry to a system, it installs an FTP service on port 33333 to serve out copies of the worm to other infected hosts. It also binds a shell with SYSTEM access to port 8888, allowing any unauthenticated attacker full access to the machine.
