The PHP Group reports: Core: Fixed bug #71637 (Multiple Heap Overflow due to integer overflows in xml/filter_url/addcslashes). SOAP: Fixed bug #71610 (Type Confusion Vulnerability - SOAP / make_http_soap_request()).
