Description

Certain versions of iTunes are vulnerable to a buffer overflow that can be triggered while parsing corrupt MPEG4 files. As a result, if a malicious attacker could cause the local user to open a custom MPEG4 file, arbitrary code can be executed under the privileges of the user.

Solution(s)

  • itunes-upgrade-4_8
