On Sunday the Boston Globe published its annual “Top Places to Work” rankings. This was our first time participating in the list and I'm very proud to report that Rapid7 placed #11 in the category for employers with less than 250 employees. I'd like to congratulate our amazing team, not just those in Boston, but the entire Rapid7 family. The passion and commitment of our team is evident across all our locations, with everyone contributing to the culture that makes us successful. Congratulations to all of us!
Over 1000 companies were invited to participate in the Boston Globe's review, and the field was then narrowed to over 200 finalists through an extensive process which included research from WorkplaceDynamics analyzing more than 73,000 employee surveys. The participants were then split into three categories: small, medium, and large companies, and each category ultimately had 40 winners.
Rapid7 is committed to providing real opportunity for its employees and maintaining the dynamic, driven environment in which they thrive across all our locations, not just the Boston office. If you think this sounds like a place you'd like to work, check out our careers page or email [email protected].
